Our mission is simple: “Take every veteran willing to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials”, but our trips simply are not possible without generous donations from our community.

The resources needed to bring our veterans to Washington, D.C. costs over $8,000.00 per chartered bus. This cost includes transportation, meals along the way, and a Heroes Welcome Home, which includes a sit-down dinner upon their arrival home. Additionally, we provide our Veterans with mementos as keepsakes.

Honor Flight Philadelphia is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. With no payroll, we can proudly say that over 96 cents of every dollar donated to HFP goes directly towards funding our veteran’s trip to Washington, D.C.

The veterans pay nothing; they have already paid with their dedication and service to our great country.
